Welcome to silkyan LLC! We’re delighted to get your beautiful cocktail and party dresses to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Order Processing Time All orders placed on silkyan.store are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times We offer the following shipping option for all orders:
- Standard Shipping:
- Cost: Free (This applies to all orders, as free shipping is offered on orders over $0).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times may be longer than expected during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.
Domestic Shipping Only At this time, silkyan LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly from the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, you may be responsible for the redelivery costs. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the damaged item. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
