1. Eligible Returns

Most products purchased from Gadgetgridx LLC can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet these conditions:

  • The rims must be unused, unmounted, and in resalable condition.

  • Items must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.

2. How to Return an Item (Simple 3-Step Process)

  2. Get Your Free Label: We’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Repack the item safely and drop it off with the carrier.

Once received, we’ll inspect the rims and process your refund promptly.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards: Within 7 business days (bank processing may vary).

  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay: Within 10 business days.

We’ll notify you once your return is received and your refund is processed.

4. Exchanges (Size or Model Adjustments)

Need a different rim size or finish? No problem! Exchanges are available within 30 days. Just contact our support team — we’ll help arrange the perfect replacement and provide a new shipping label.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your rims arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the packaging and damage to support@silkyan.store — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Used, mounted, or altered rims

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Orders past 30 days from delivery

  • Custom or special-order rims

7. Shipping Coverage

All returns within the U.S. are 100% FREE. We currently ship and process returns within the United States only.
