At silkyan LLC, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase of cocktail & party dresses and accessories. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
- Items marked as “final sale” (if applicable, though generally we aim for customer satisfaction) are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Return Shipping
silkyan LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item(s) back to us. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee
We believe in a hassle-free return experience. silkyan LLC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping fees (if any were charged, though our standard shipping is free) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@silkyan.store or +1 (407) 992-7777 within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund and cover all associated shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed and shipped (typically within 1-2 business days), it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Rates & Times: We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) for $0 on all orders within the United States.
- Domestic Shipping Only: Please note that silkyan LLC currently only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
